A
good idea is to begin your routine with Neck
Stretches.
The general program I recommend is found at Stretches.
These pages show how to stretch your legs, hips, groin, back, and
torso muscles. As you continue, you will find both more advanced
stretches as well as what I call workarounds: ways to help you if
you have difficulty with certain stretches. These can be found at
various locations around the site, and also specifically under Prop
Stretches.
After
familiarizing yourself with the basics, use the quick index at left.

"This

mentor. Dr. Sohn was a Master of the martial arts, an acupuncturist

was all things to all men. Dr. Sohn taught me about my potential
and how to achieve that potential. I am forever grateful to him."
