You are awesome and also my menthor, Im a massage therapist for 12 years and Im preparing myself to start to teach stretching classes this coming week, I've been practicing yoga since 1992 off and on and I exercise since I was 6 years old, started with dance than many different types of exercises,Im very active and healthy.Im very gratefull for your time,thank you soooo much.

I wonder if you take into consideration stretching also by means of special devices as the ones provided by our http://www.bodycodesystem.com training system.
